When you hire a vehicle from us, you agree to the terms outlined in the vehicle hire agreement provided at the time of booking. This includes the duration of the hire, payment terms, and vehicle care during the hire period.

2. Payment Terms
All fees for vehicle hire must be paid as agreed upon. Any additional charges (e.g., extended hire periods or damage to the vehicle) will be communicated clearly.

3. Insurance and Liability
We provide replacement vehicles under Credit Hire for non-fault accidents. The responsibility for insurance claims lies with the at-fault driver’s insurer. We are not liable for any damages caused to the replacement vehicle by the driver.

4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate any service due to misuse, non-payment, or breach of agreement.
