We aim to deliver a replacement vehicle to you within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily life.
3. What vehicles are available for hire?
We offer a wide range of vehicles, from luxury cars to taxis and everyday vehicles. Whether you need a car for a special occasion or for daily use, we have you covered.
4. What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?
You will need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and your booking confirmation. Additional documents may be required depending on the type of hire service.
5. How does the Taxi Hire service work?
Our Taxi Hire service provides professional taxi drivers with replacement vehicles, ensuring you can continue working without any downtime. We offer a range of taxis, including hybrid and electric vehicles, to meet current regulations.
6. Will I be Liable for Hire Charges?
The hire charges are legally your responsibility however, we recover them on your behalf from the Party at Fault. Providing you comply with the Signed Terms and Conditions rental agreement, your liability is limited to the charges recovered from the fault party.
